During our time there, I experienced the convenience of walking to various dining and shopping options. The staff always treated us with kindness. Their warm approach made our family feel welcome, just like home. We enjoyed our stay and are eager to return again, especially for the pool.
The mattress on one side had issues, which caused discomfort. Additionally, there was noise from the upstairs room that occasionally disturbed our peace, but I managed it by using a sound machine.

The location was ideal for quick trips into the Great Smoky Mountains. We saw all sorts of birds right outside our balcony, like I could reach out and touch them. Also, the covered parking made things so easy, no worries about my car getting messed up in bad weather.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The location was absolutely fantastic, just a hop away from all the attractions—walking to Anakeesta felt like an Olympic sprint with snacks on the way! The view from our river-facing balcony was so picturesque, I half-expected a celebrity duck to paddle by and wave. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was cozier than a hug from Grandma after a long day.
