Just a great fit for a budget stay in Gatlinburg with good value for cost. The ladies at the registration desk were so nice and helpful. If you want a quiet stay, choose a room away from the parking lot.

    broken mattress
    upstairs noise

During our time there, I experienced the convenience of walking to various dining and shopping options. The staff always treated us with kindness. Their warm approach made our family feel welcome, just like home. We enjoyed our stay and are eager to return again, especially for the pool.

The mattress on one side had issues, which caused discomfort. Additionally, there was noise from the upstairs room that occasionally disturbed our peace, but I managed it by using a sound machine.

    stunning scenery

The location was ideal for quick trips into the Great Smoky Mountains. We saw all sorts of birds right outside our balcony, like I could reach out and touch them. Also, the covered parking made things so easy, no worries about my car getting messed up in bad weather.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

    prime location
    comfortable bed
    variety breakfast
    challenging parking
    awkward dining

The location of Greystone Lodge On The River is prime, positioned just off the main strip and conveniently close to attractions and trolley services. The rooms are stylishly designed, featuring a comfortable bed and a large bathroom, making for a relaxing stay. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast selection, which offered a variety of high-quality continental options.

    fantastic location
    picturesque balcony
    cozy bedding
    no breakfast meat
    crowded breakfast area

The location was absolutely fantastic, just a hop away from all the attractions—walking to Anakeesta felt like an Olympic sprint with snacks on the way! The view from our river-facing balcony was so picturesque, I half-expected a celebrity duck to paddle by and wave. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was cozier than a hug from Grandma after a long day.

    No breakfast meat

    annoying breakfast walk

Had a splendid view from our balcony, and location was just perfect for strolling to attractions. The room was tidy, and we loved the trolly pick-up across the street!

The breakfast walk felt like a mini marathon—good luck if it rains! I almost wore my raincoat just to grab a bite!
